Hello my amazing followers. I have an announcement to make. Remember my previous post where I blogged about getting a new website and that? Well, I did go through and purchased a domain for it. So my announcement is that I HAVE A NEW BLOG!! I was meant to release it to the public before I went on holiday to Paris but I had a lot of things to do that I didn't get to finish it on time. And when I got back, I didn't exactly work on it right away cos I was feeling rather lazy. LOL!

Anyway . . .

I'm planning to purchase a domain and web hosting soon cos I miss having my own personal domain. I also miss blogging using Wordpress and that makes it so much easier for me as there is an app for that and I got it on my iPhone. Might record a comeback video this Saturday since a lot of my subscribers have been asking me to come back. I'm surprised there's still people subscribing to me despite me being inactive for a little over two months now. I've been getting a lot of subscribers still despite the video I had my bf upload for me dissing that hoe-bag! Although I lost a couple I gained more still and now I know who truly supports me in what I do not just about my passion in makeup but also for whay I believe in.

So yeah, in short I want to thank everyone on YouTube and even on blogger for the support and everything.

On an unrelated note, I read Bubzbeauty's recent blog post regarding cyber bullying and she posted a video of this kid being bullied on YouTube.

I don't understand how people can be so mean to a 12 year old boy who only wants to talk about religion and Christianity on YouTube.

Read the comment on his videos. It really saddens me to see all those nasty comments. I just hope the kid doesn't lose it.

(Really ugly nails and design ... I know!)

This is what my nails actually look like right now. I use Barry M's Grey nail polish and I must say I love it. The staying power is really good too. Usually cheap nail polishes don't last long on me. It usually chips after 3 days but I've had it for a week in the picture and right now it's nearly two weeks (although it's starting to chip but not as bad as the ELF nail polishes).

(They had an offer on the brushes. It was just £1 per brush. I couldn't resist.)

I love love love ELF's eyeshadow and blending brushes. I bought ten the other day.

I'm addicted to makeup brushes by the way.

And this is what I've been spending my money on these days - Scrapbook materials. I've been buying scrapbook materials since 2006 but I HAVE NEVER EVER STARTED ONE yet. Haha. I keep putting it off cos I don't have time and I lack enthusiasm and creativity most days. BUT I'm definitely starting one soon.

(Thinking of buying more papers. Ahh! So addicting!)

Revlon ColorStay Foundation

Here' a picture of me using my Revlon ColorStay Foundation alone. See the white cast on my face? Effin' horrible! The foundation suits my skin colour really well but when I take pictures with flash on that's what it looks like. I look like I'm wearing a foundation that's 4 shades lighter than my colour. Hahaha.
But I found a way to fix that 'problem'.
Remember my video on the 'Products I regret buying tag'? If you've watched the video then you'd know how much I hate Benefit's tinted moisturiser. Every time I applied it on my face I look like I've been on holiday because my face was so dark. So dark that it's even darker than the rest of my body. Haha. But anyway, I decided to mix my Revlon ColorStay foundation with my Benefit tinted moisturiser. And what do you know, it worked so well. It still has the same coverage as the revlon foundation but better since it didn't give me any 'white cast' on my face when I took photos with the flash on.

Love it!!! Haha.

Hello ladies. It's been awhile. I hope you all still remember me. Hahaha.

I really don't have anything to blog about so I'll leave you with a picture post.

This was what my skin looked like around the eye area. Kinda scary. I didn't go to the GP in the end. I used Yellow Soft Paraffin aka Petroleum Jelly aka Vaseline to get rid of the dryness and it worked. Amazing!

And so, this is what it looks like now. I am religiously applying the yellow soft paraffin every night before I go to sleep. Ahhh!

And these were the stuff I bought from MAC last week. I love love love signed, sealed e/s.

And here's me posing for y'all. Haven't worn that blonde hair extensions for a year. I thought I'd use it again. Thinking of buying more colours too.

I only wear hair extensions when I want my hair to look thick since I have really choppy layers. I hardly use it though cos the only time I really wear my hair extensions is when I curl my hair and I haven't curled my hair in a while. I'm actually thinking of buying another set of hair extensions that has a different colour from my hair but we'll see. I might be going to brummy next week for mother's day so I might buy some hair extensions then.

Oh btw, I used my Revlon ColorStay Foundation in that picture above. Notice how there's no sign of white cast on my face? I'll post an entry regarding that next time.

dry skin

I have a dry skin around my eye area and on my eyelid. It's flaking and it stings. It feels sore too. So I haven't been wearing any eye makeup just to prevent it from irritating more. I'm planning to book an appointment to a GP to find out what the experts think. It's annoying. I shall post a picture of it later but for now I'm going to take a nap.

PS. I'll post pictures of my mini mac haul and the hello kitty review soon.

MAC HK Haul

Hello ladies. I'm on a break from doing research. I just wanted to blog about the MAC Hello Kitty Collection. It's finally available here in the UK. I ordered the Lucky Tom Palette and the Pretty Baby beauty powder which should arrive here on Friday (good thing I'm off at Uni then). I thought I was going to buy a lot when it was still rumored to come out last year but when I saw some videos and pictures on it I changed my mind. I'm not liking the packaging on the palette. But hopefully, the eyeshadows are highly pigmented. What are your views on this collection?

Oh my days, I thought I'm going to be more relaxed now that I've finished all my exams. BUT I WAS WRONG. I'm even more stressed out now!!! Looks like I won't be able to make any videos as much as I'd like. I have so many assignments to do and on top of that I have to do a group presentation so I'd have to do lots and lots of research.

But anyway enough about that, I'm just boring you with my nursing stuff. I got my Japanese magazines today and my nail brushes. It should be easier for me to do nail designs now because of the longer handles so I can control my grip more.
That's it for now. I'm very tired and I'm totally lost with what I'm supposed to be doing.

I've been contemplating on whether to buy more make-up (I want to buy some MAC e/s, l/s and blushes) cos my hands are itching to get some more makeup. I seriously think I have enough make-up to last me a lifetime (I know there's an expiry date). If not more than a lifetime really. I just don't want it to go to waste (that's also the reason why I don't do haul videos anymore) so I'm thinking of slowly killing my habit of buying make-up (haha) and slowly try to convert myself into investing my money in designer hand bags. The bag that has been in my wish list for a very very very long time is the Gucci Joy medium boston bag. I swear when I pay off all my debt this will be the first designer bag that I'm going to invest my money in!!!!!!! So come summer, I'll be rockin' this bag with a designer shades looking good and all. Haha. If only I know how to drive I'd look even more cool. Haha. I'm so sad. But whatever.

I'm going to hit the sack at about 10:30 p.m. tonight because I'm tired and I want to wake up early tomorrow to revise and revise and revise even more because I have an exam next Friday. Ahh! It's a practical exam and I don't do well in practicals. LOL!

So much debt & upcoming tut

Oh no, I'm trying to pay for my debt which is about £1000 (it was £1200+ but I've paid off £200 already)!! How did I get in so much debt you ask? ONLINE SHOPPING!! I swear that thing is evil!! I feel like I wanna cry cos I'm in debt but really, it's my fault. I don't have self-control. If I see something I like I feel that I need to get it.

And today, I started again. I haven't even completely paid off my debt yet here I am ordering some nail stuff online. It's absolutely insane!!!

But yeah, by summer I would pay off all my debt!!! I swear I will!!!

Anyways, made a tutorial yesterday. I can't upload it yet though as it still needs editing and there is not enough space left on my MacBook so I have to delete old videos and other stuff stored on my MacBook. Bare in mind, I have a lot of shit on my MacBook so that could take me forever. LOL!

Happy Valentine's Day

Today, I went to Birmingham to meet up with the boyfriend to celebrate Valentine's day. I had so much fun and I missed him a lot. He greeted me with a box of Thornton's chocolates. Ah the sweety. Love him to bits!!

So our first stop was Nando's to have some lunch. We've been going there since we started dating and every Valentine's day. No pictures whilst we were having our lunch though. We were too hungry to even think about that at that time. Haha!

Then we roamed around Bullring and I went shopping. LOL!

Went to Krispy Kreme and bought some donuts at the express till. Chilled at the Krispy Kreme corner with Jeth. Laughed my ass off when he shoved a donut in my face haha.

I enjoyed this day a lot. Of course, a lot of things happened too but I can't be bothered to blog about that anymore.

Dropped by MAC too and had a look at the BBR collection. It didn't really tickle me fancy as I thought it would but maybe if I go back next time I'd have a look at it again and maybe I'd end up buying some thing then.

Not long left 'til I finish my clinical placement. Only about 3 days left!!! And last night, I had my final interview and I must say I've done pretty well since I PASSED IT. Yay! My mentor even said that I should be proud of myself since I've done so well within the last couple of months considering the fact that I NEVER had any clinical experience before. So I'm chuffed about that.

I'll try to record a makeup tutorial tonight for a Valentine's day look. I'm pretty much sporting neutral colours in the last few weeks so I'll probably do a Valentine's look on that. Also, I've put up a tutorial on YouTube before on a look which I think is really perfect for Valentines day and here it is below.

So yeah that's pretty much it for now. I'll try to update this weekend.

I just want to thank everyone who's posted a comment on my previous entry. It's good to know that I'm not the only one that does things like telling off my boyfriend for talking to other girls and whatnot. I'm glad to say we haven't been fighting a lot lately which is GOOD!!! Also, Ne-yo's song and music video of "Mad" has helped me realise a lot of things too cos the girl in the video kind of reminds me of myself. Even my boyfriend thinks so too lol! So yeah that's it for now.

[edit] It's funny how my enemies found my YouTube channel and rating my videos one star and whatnot. I'll post a screenshot of the girl who rated my video later. She hates me because she thought my boyfriend and I broke up for good last year because she fancies him. I got my 28 neutral palette today and I am loving it. And so I have just done another tutorial using the palette but I didn't like how I recorded the tutorial haha so I might redo it again tomorrow before I go to University.

I shall post pictures of it tomorrow. But for now, I am off to take a shower and do more revision if I don't get distracted.

My reply: Aww thank you. I got my nails done professionaly at a nail salon. But I read somewhere that the artificial nails that comes in the "box" doesn't ruin your nails as much as the ones that you get done at nail salons. I dunno the ones that comes in the "box" doesn't stay on long for me. Eeek!

the boyfriend and I didn't get to spend our anniversary together. I got so upset that I ended up being mean and didn't talk to him for the rest of the day (LOL). It wasn't his fault. In fact, it was no one's fault. It was just my family and I couldn't get to his place because we left London around 8 p.m. and it was really dark and the road was too slippery for us to drive that far from London to Leicester so my mum thought it was best if we stopped over at our family friend's house instead which was 30 minutes away. You know, just to prevent any accidents from happening.

But we are planning to spend our "anniversary" some other time. Haha.

So yeah, that's basically it.

I'm off to phone my hubby bubby now as it's getting quite late and he's got college tomorrow.

I'm gonna take a nap for a few hours after talking to him on the phone and I'm gonna revise more.

I swear I'm better at revising at the early hours of the morning.

I've noticed that ever since I started sixth form.

Haha. Cramming really since my exam is on Tuesday and let's just say I've only revised about 1/10 of my revision guide.

5th anniversary

Ola readers (that is if I have any). Right now, I am blogging from Sutton Tennis Academy. My dad and I just arrived this morning and I slept most of the journey from home to London which by the way took us about two hours and a half to get here since we live quite far from London. We're here to pick up my mum and sister since they've been here since Sunday due to my sister's tennis training. So yes, I'm just surfing the net since I stupidly forgot my revision guide at home with all the stuff that I need to know for my exam. I have, however, downloaded another revision guide from my University's blackboard so I'm just using that but it's not as helpful as the one I have got at home because I wrote more detail from yesterday's lesson at University. Oh well...

On an unrelated note, I have a sty on my eye. Ohmydais, I look different. I always have it yearly but most of the time during summer maybe because I'm always stressing about exam results. LOL!

Anyway, it's my boyfriend and I's 5th year anniversary today and hopefully I will be seeing him tonight. I can't wait. Happy 5 years baby.... Lalalove you <3

I thought I'd create a blog for my beauty channel since I don't always upload videos everyday. However, this blog won't always be about beauty and other makeup related stuff. This is going to be a personal/makeup related blog since my domain and hosting is expiring soon. I chose to host my new blog at blogger because it is so easy to maintain since it is html based unlike my own personal blog (which is expiring soon) where it is php based so coding it, well, it is such a pain. Plus, I don't want to pay around $30 per year for a host that's always down. Gah! Such a waste of money. But I might buy a domain name for this blog soonish. I got to admit though I'm going to miss all those fancy stuff that Wordpress will give me. Ohmydais, I can't seem to make up my mind.

Ah, whatever! We'll see how it goes in the end. LOL!

Anyways, happy new year and don't get too drunk.
